G/A completed 850,000 square feet of modernization for the District, consisting of code compliance, energy, and functional and maintenance-related improvements for ten elementary and junior high schools. Accessibility (ADA) upgrades, new energy saving systems (EMCS), lighting upgrades, roof repair and replacement, and seismic improvements are included. California State funding criteria applied. As Prime Architect, G/A provided full design services, including Building Survey, Design, Contract Documents and Construction Period Services. We worked closely with the Division of the State Architect.
